Return Policy

According to the Cyprus Consumer Rights Law 2013 (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights):

Customer have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract (concluded via an online store) without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, in full original комплекте, with all labels, packaging, and hygienic seals preserved.

For cosmetic products, opened or used hygiene items (such as creams, lipsticks, masks, etc.) are not eligible for return for sanitary reasons.

The packaging must be in sellable condition — not crumpled, scratched, or damaged in any way.

• You are responsible for the safekeeping of the goods until they are returned and bear the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, provided all the above conditions are met.

If the conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will not be accepted for return and not send back to customer.
